Yes, we can...a change for justice. No more colonies in the 21st century. Our fellow American citizens of Puerto Rico, Distirct of Columbia, Virgin Islands, Guam need equal rights and treatment. Our fellow American citizens need congressional representation to promote their interests and vote in all legislations that affect them. How you could be an American citizen and you can not vote for your President just because you live in these territories and Puerto Rico. That is called human rights infraction from our Congress and its representatives and senators.
