Better Allocation of Top Level Domain Names

A better use of top level domain names. For one, the porn industry should have their own totaly free and un-censored XXX top level domain names.

    Why free? and what do you mean by totally?
    Currently everything is un-cenored, and it damn well better stay that way. This idea implies that after the construction of the porn domain, everything else will not be porn through either censorship or self-regulation. So it's wishful thinking either way.
