Install solar or wind power at the White House
Let the white house be a model for green energy. Give tours of student and civic groups, showing off the green tech and how much money is saved.

I think putting the solar panels back on the roof of the white house would be a great start! Then, add a couple of vertical wind turbines on the roof as well for even extra clean, free energy.
