Let's bring choice and market competition to government services. Show me what percentage of my tax dollars are going to each federal service (education, foreign aid, social security, medicare), and then let me buy into those services, or not.

If I'm not happy with those services, I can take my money to competing private services (private school, Red Cross, retirement plans, health insurance)
