It's not a mystery anymore. Our nation as a whole is lagging behind other first world countries in education as a whole. Also according to the census, only a third of the country has a Highschool Degree when our standard of living shows that a Highschool degree does not make enough money to live off of.

This is where this idea comes in. Make a public government sponsored website that allows parent and students of a school to grade the teachers teaching there based on fairness, content taught, how it helps the students in the working world and life, and where the the teacher or school can improve and if there needs to be changes or more funding sent to that school.

Our education system is based on an 1800-1900 way of thinking to send the students to a factory type job that many not prepare them for a 21 century jobs and skillsets. Subjects/classes such as the environment and global warming, sociology and our melting pot culture, economics and how to manage your personal finances, and a stronger nutrition and sexual health curiculum that covers all aspects of sexual health.
