Switch back to GroupWise for e-mail instead of Microsoft
Getting away from big brother and back to a stable platform would be a benefit. Use something that requires less maintenance and is secure compared to Exchange.

I think the U.S. Government should move away from Microsoft entirely. It was a mistake to begin with. We spend tons of hours and money fighting all the security holes in Microsoft. We need to go to Unix-based or proprietary platform.
