repeal dcma. i own the dvd, Why pay again to play on ipod?
I have no issue with people protecting their work. I have issues with people making me pay for a copy of a movie for each device I want to view it on.

You don't. This act does protect your Fair Use rights. Title 17 Ch.12, sec. 1201, subsection (c)(1) states: "Nothing in this section shall affect rights, remedies, limitations, or defenses to copyright infringement, including fair use, under this title."
So, you can copy, either analog or digital, and put it on any of YOUR devices. You just cannot give it away. Thats basic copyright law.
