We need to get with the program and make physician assisted suicide an acceptable procedure nationwide. It's sad that, short of Ohio and Washington, we do not give the dignity that we give to the common dog. Ohio and Washington are the only states to have adopted physician assisted suicide as an acceptable state policy. Other countries have already done so - Switzerland, Belgium, Luxumburg, and Andalucia (Spain). We need to join the program and make it national.
