    Enterprise architecture using OMB's FEA must be made more user-friendly and as an enabler of decision-making. The EA models must support agencies' CIOs in answering business questions and making enterprise decisions. EA is not an IT-focused set of processes, but an enterprise-focused set of processes and tools to enable more efficient and responsive government.
