Our taxes are paying for healthcare for all Americans right now -- emergency room visits. We must provide comprehensive healthcare to everyone NOW to keep our population healthier and out of emergency rooms. Like Japan's model, the coverage would be the same for everyone -- those who cannot pay don't have to -- those who can pay a percentage of their income each month.
