Stop Janet Napolitano from creating big brother

Janet Napolitano pushed the speed camera program in Arizona and has a history of using Technology to watch you. Her new position will allow her to now implement programs to spy on US citizens in the name of homeland security.

    Can someone tell me why it is that when the government or whomever informs people that big brother is watching there's always such a big to-do about it; however when the exact same kind of surveillance is done without notice, no one seems to notice or care very much....whats the difference ? Would you really act any differently if u know that big brother is watching than if he weren't ?
