    <a rev="vote for" title="IBM Layoffs | 5,000 U.S. Jobs Cut" href="http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/2009/03/26/ibm-layoffs-5000-jobs-cut/">IBM layoffs</a> have joined the ranks of so many other companies who will just outsource jobs overseas. Granted, it doesn't do their communities, the families of those afflicted, and the country in which they live in any good.
