Not exist. Anyone here like the CTO at their company?
This position will only create a way for big companies (google, microsoft) to more directly lobby Federal policies about technology.
This are only gonna get worse.

I disagree. You may not like the CTO of your company, but part of that is probably because he's out to protect the interests of the company. But a national CTO "should" be protecting the interests of the constituents and based off the initiative taken in this site that seems to be the idea.
A national CTO is an overdue position in my opinion.
