It needs to be opened up to allow those that may not be government apporved can still offer the services needed to make what needs to happen, happen.

RFID is also proven to be insecure. When someone with a powerful enough transciever can stand 30 feet away and manipulate a tag, there are problems.
RFID is best used for inventory control, not identification.

And how does taking away someones rights make for good policy? What if someone made it to where only military personal and veterans could vote. Not spouses, children of, or second cousins twice removed.
