    Yes I agree. license all IT workers just like doctors and lawyers. AND STOP ALL OUTSOURCING WHATSOEVER.

    In this economy, I must disagree. High tech jobs should go to americans first! Then we can talk about immigrants.

    Yes, I concur. Outsourcing for ALL technical jobs needs to stop immediately. I dont think limits should be put in. It should BE STOPPED ALTOGETHER.
    No Outsourcing Period.
    We are not here to enrich China or India. This is the United States. American Jobs for Americans first.
