Many jobs have been outsourced in brand new facilities in the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Eastern Europe. Electrical engineers in the US have had such a hard time maintaining employment since 1999. Many jobs have been outsourced in brand new facilities in the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Eastern Europe.
