How does ilikefood claim that the H1-B holders are are more "well qualified" than the Americans who are often forced to Train their H1-B Replacements? It happens all the time. When the Americans complain, they get told that, if they complain, they are fired Immediately. If they train their replacements, they get to collect their salaries for a few more weeks. And maybe even some Severance.

BTW, did you know that a company can also disqualify the Americans who have been replaced by an H1-B from receiving Unemployment by putting down the wrong "Reason" for termination? Go quietly, or we'll really mess up your life! Oh, and don't forget that any New job you might find will be calling us for a Reference ... Good Luck with That!
