Bandwidth throttling is horrible; either the price of the service needs to be dropped or this feature should be dropped. These usage caps (aka bandwidth caps) are ludicrous and do nothing except line the pockets of those at the top of the ISP Corporate ladder. The internet has become necessary to enough people that I believe should be regulated as a utility.
