Foreclosure auctions only for owner occupants
Many foreclosure auctions should be restricted to people that will live in the homes as the primary residence. To many homes are being sold to investors that rent the homes out, and do not care about the communities. Communities are turning into waste lanes of rental properties. People that want to own homes are out bid.

Federal Information Archictecture and Integrated Retrieval
Federal agencies need to collect and organize data in a way that supports better retrieval to improve regulatory oversight and public use. One of the best ways to make that happen is to conceptualize the data holdings of each agency as a unique part of a single integrated Federal database. By placing data in standardized internet-accessible databases that are suitably organized and accessible through standard queries, data could be simultaneously retrieved from multiple agencies with a single query.
Each agency should have a "data jurisdiction" for the kinds of data they collect that they will then make available to other…

Mortgage and housing crisis solutions
The mortgage and housing crisis is deepening with the onset of winter. Foreclosures are happening now. Evictions are happening now. What's needed are ways to reassure banks that value will eventually be realized from these homes without evicting their current occupants. For instance, government help guaranteed to the current residents to refit to save energy and water bills, including prepayments perhaps to the bank and contractors. With lower utility bills they can carry the mortgage.
You'd be amazed how many families still have incandescent lights, uninsulated water heaters, unsmart thermostats, old showerheads, not to mention lack of basement exterior insulation…

raising taxes will put me out of a job
You said you were going to raise the taxes on the rich. It won't hurt the rich, but it will hurt everyone they do business with, like me.
By raising taxes on the rich, you will only alleviate them the guilt of having money.

Establish UWBIA (Universal Wireless Broadband iNet Access)
The USA should lead in wireless broadband Internet access. As a cartel of Telecom Monopolies - in Collusion with the Bush Administration blocked the market entry of hundreds of ISP's (now bankrupt and gone), with real wireless broadband solutions to the "Last Mile Strangle Choke Hold" of the cartel, the change we need is a program where the Federal Government would partner with school districts, power companies, and local governments - nationwide - to establish Wireless Broadband forward. This International Public Utility is too precious a public treasure to allow Telecom Carriers further monoply control.

To Whom It May Concern:- I look at it from the bottom of the problem up.

- Home owner’s personal residents only are #1 priority in my way of thinking any thing beyond that is there problem alone. The price you pay for poor financial investing.
- Not second home mortgages / vacation homes / investment homes or properties…
- I believe its time for some financial institution to step up to the plate and…

National Service Agenda
More Americans should be involved in governance, such as Teach for America, Vista Volunteers, National Parks maintenance along with international efforts to end poverty, hunger, disease, and conflict.
Service is important for everyone, and we should make it easy to do the right thing and get engaged with civic and community life.
